Description: Join us every 2nd Sunday as we gather for meditation, contemplation, discussion, and community. This monthly class incorporates mind-body science, mindfulness, and self-compassion to help participants cultivate a life of loving presence and intention. July's theme will involve tuning into a state of ease as we consider the week ahead. All experience levels are welcome.

Facilitator: Kendra Vita MS, NMI-2

Kendra is a Eugene-based therapist and meditation instructor. She incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, NeuroMeditation interventions, as well as neuro and biofeedback to help her clients and students ind balance along with a greater sense of peace and purpose in their lives. Kendra has spent decades dedicated to spirituality and personal growth. She can’t help but view persons as full of immeasurable potential, and she brings this perspective to every session and class she leads. Kendra moved from Texas to Oregon last summer in order to continue upon this path as a clinician, instructor, and Program Manager at the NeuroMeditation Institute.
